ALL BEGAN
2021
Operated as a media agency with management rights for PD Pasar Jaya, Free WiFi services, and 924 train TVs across 80 stations in Jabodetabek. Additionally, the company managed media advertising for Long-Distance Trains (KAJJ) across 61 train sets and 153 roadside locations throughout Jakarta.
2022
Transitioned into a media owner, overseeing 304 train TV screens and holding management rights and assets for OOH and DOOH advertising across Jabodetabek and Indonesia. In the same year, SSPACE established PT Media Sejahtera Selaras (MSS) as its subsidiary.
2023
On May 8, 2023, SSPACE became a publicly listed company under the stock code DOOH. The company also introduced a 100% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Guarantee as a key competitive advantage. Additionally, SSPACE acquired a 99.9% stake in PT Era Media Maju (EMM).
2024
Expanding its business portfolio, SSPACE (DOOH) introduced a new business segment: Event & Exhibition. The company acquired PT Konsultan Strategi Penjualan (Wisdom Crowd) and formed strategic partnerships with Dream.co.id, Diadona, and Alternative Intelligence (AI). Furthermore, SSPACE collaborated with production houses across Indonesia and other supporting companies to strengthen its market presence.
